Tortilla Chips

This is a super simple recipe that has a very similar flavour to cheese straws! But with only plant based ingredients it will be perfect for everyone to enjoy.


  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 2tbs milled chia seeds

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp chili powder or cayenne pepper

  • ¼ tsp paprika

  • 2Tbs water

  • 2Tbs dry chives

  • 1 small garlic clove


  1. Preheat the oven to 180

  2. Line a large flat baking tray with greaseproof paper.

  3. Mix the almond flour and chia with the spices, salt and herbs.

  4. Blend the garlic with the chives and water.

  5. Combine all of the ingredients to form a dough.

  6. Place your dough on the lined baking tray with another piece of paper on top. Roll the dough out between the two pieces of greaseproof paper as thinly as possible.

  7. Remove the top layer of paper and with a sharp knife cut the dough into triangles (or squares depending on the shape you like for your dips!)

  8. Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

  9. Leave to cool (re cut with a knife if needed).

  10. Serve with home made guacamole!
