Chia jam

Chia Jam Recipe

4oz fresh raspberries or strawberries

1tbs chia seeds (whole)

1/4 tsp vanilla essence or beans scraped from the pod - optional (no sugar)

3tbs hot water

3-4 drops of liquid stevia 

Method: Freeze the berries and then let them thaw out, mash with a fork and mix with the remaining ingredients, let set for 20 minutes and store in a jam jar in your fridge.
