Choccy Nut


2 cups of smooth almond butter (I like Meridian).

1tbs coconut oil

3/4 cup coconut flour

5-10 drops liquid stevia 

1/2 cup thick coconut milk

Topping: 2 cups dark chocolate

Method: Melt the coconut oil, add the milk and almond butter then stir in the coconut flour and stevia.

Roll into 15g balls and place on greaseproof paper.

Melt the chocolate and coat the balls. Leave to set in the fridge.

Note: You can also line a square tray with cling film and press your dough into the tray then simply add a top layer of chocolate.
